By accessing or using MetricBase ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying customers.
MetricBase provides a cloud-based data analytics platform that enables users to connect data sources, build dashboards, and generate insights. The Service includes the web application, APIs, documentation, and any associated software or tools.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@metricbase.site if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
Free trials provide full access for 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded and data may be deleted after 30 days.
You retain all rights to data you upload to MetricBase ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership of your data. We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content and legality of your Customer Data. You must not upload data that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We strive to maintain 99.97% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by MetricBase Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricBase Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
